Jan 30, 2008 Can you guys offer me any tips on identifying Conn Clarinets? Ive been notified that we got an old looking C.G. Conn clarinet on consignment for 75 bucks in the store I teach in, but I havent seen it yet, nor do I know anything about their clarinets. I'll see it tomorrow to get a look at it. What should I look at as for Identifying the model etc? Unfortunately our serial numbering system and records were not set up for ease in locating this information. We currently manufacture or distribute several brands of wind instruments. Each one of these lines has numerous models of instruments and unfortunately in some cases each model has its own series of serial numbers.
